Wild Muskoka make their Forest Fire Bitters by hand harvesting cedar from the wildest of places in Muskoka. Next, they start a fire using the primitive technique of the cedar bow-drill. They char the fresh cedar leaf and branches over the fire and then jar and smother in bourbon. After steeping they are blended with extracts of bitter herbs. These bitters are perfect for adding smokey or woodsy flavour to your favourite cocktail.
This is a 30 ml (1 oz) bottle.
Ingredients: 40% bourbon with extracts of burned cedar **, Dandelion**, & Gentian *.
Add a dash of bitters (5-20 drops) to your favorite cocktail or in a bit of water before meals.
2 oz Irish cream liqueur
¼ dropper Spiced Maple bitters
Coffee ice cubes
In a glass with coffee ice cubes pour over Irish cream liqueur and bitters and serve. Can also be prepared in a blender for a daiquiri style drink.
