Mark Coster always wanted to include both a spicy bitters and a hopped bitters in his collection but never could integrate them with other flavours. They always would eclipse the different elements of the bitters. When he combined them, he was shocked at how well they worked together to bring a high-tone note to any citrus cocktail.  Now he uses them more than any other bitters that he has made!
