Our lavender syrup is a unique blend using three different varietals sourced from the Naramata region of British Columbia. Perfectly balanced floral notes with just the right amount of sweet make this a must have for summer cocktails. This is a 200 ml bottle. We carry all the Cahoots flavours: Classic; Chai; Hibiscus; Lavender; and Lemon.
The Bee’s Knees
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz Cahoots Lavender
- 1 barspoon Pure Honey
- 3/4 Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine in a shaker, add ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
- 2 oz White Rum
- 0.75 oz Cahoots Lavender
- Half Lemon quartered and muddled
- Handful Mint gently muddled or hand slapped
- Crushed ice
Slice lemon into quarters and muddle in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients with a small handful of crushed ice and shake gently just to incorporate. Pour ingredients into a double highball glass, fill with crushed ice, top with soda and garnish with a mint bouquet and/or lavender flower.
Note: Treat your mint with some respect, too much muddling and bruising will cause it to become bitter.
