Originally meant to express a very fine spray to add small amounts of vermouth to a (very) dry martini, we also use it for lots of other spirits and bitters to add just that touch of something special to a cocktail. It comes with a little funnel to prevent spillage when you're filling the built-in (and removable) inner canister. Has a 15 ml capacity.
